A mii»mum of 60% of the total project density shall be derived from the portion of the project <br />located within the urban service area Density shall be calculated and allowed based upon: <br />• the land use designation underlying the portion of the project within the urban service area; <br />=a <br />• 1 unittacre for project property located outside of the urban service area <br />ON MOTIONby Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />rescheduled evaluation of the County's TND <br />policies until December, 2000 and directed staff to <br />report back at that time, as recommended by staff. <br />14.A. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that, immediately upon adjournment, the Board would <br />reconvene as the Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District. SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that immediately upon adjournment of the Emergency <br />Services District Meeting, the Board would reconvene as the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Solid Waste Disposal District.
