Attorney Bruce Barkett, for the applicant, stated this is a project of the highest <br />quality and the County should encourage growth within the urban service area where water <br />and wastewater services are available, as in this case. This site is also on a major <br />thoroughfare (Kings Highway and Oslo Road) which will eventually lead to an I-95 <br />interchange. He believed that the developer has complied with the specific commitments <br />requested by the Board. He asked the Board to support staff and the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, and approve the project.
