While no new assistance strategies are proposed, one plan <br />revision will expand the impact fee loan strategy to cover moderate income households. The <br />existing plan provides impact fee loans only to very low and low income households. No other <br />substantive changes are proposed. <br />As drafted, the proposed plan meets all state and local requirements. Once adopted and approved <br />by the state, the Local Housing Assistance Plan will provide the basic fiamework and operating <br />procedures for the SHIP program for FY2000-2001, FY 2001-2002, and FY 2002-2003. This <br />includes SHIP program strategy qualification requirements and other provisions . <br />With respect to the new 3 year Local Housing Assistance Plan, the Board of County Commissioners <br />has three alternatives.
