Based on the analysis, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners abandon its rights <br />to the subject right-of-way and authorize the chairman to execute the attached abandonment <br />resolution, with the following condition: <br />1. That a 5' wide drainage, utility, and roadway easement be reserved .over the north 5' of the <br />area requested to be abandoned. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1. Application <br />2. Resolution <br />Planning Director Stan Boling advised that Exhibit `B" from the backup on Page 97 <br />had been replaced; it refers to the 5' easement that will be retained. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if, anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter.
