BOOKS <br />Mr. Barton's property is also now involved in a foreclosure action and summary judgment <br />is expected shortly. <br />Mr. Barton felt there was a lack of communication between the insurance company <br />and the County Attorneys' Office and that Mr. Collins had not stated the events exactly as <br />they took place. He believed the matter is between the County and himself and could be <br />settled today, in which case he would dismiss his suit against the individual employees. <br />Commissioner Tippin believed that it is the Board's job to rely on the advice of their <br />attorneys and not get involved in the settlement discussions. <br />Mr. Barton thanked the Board and apologized for taking their time. <br />NO ACTION REQUIRED OR TAKEN. <br />11.A.1.
