Traffic Circulation: The site is accessed from an existing unpaved driveway to 90'" Avenue. <br />This existing driveway will continue to be used and will not be modified as part of this <br />application. The layout of the existing parking area, however, will be revised with this plan. <br />The revision will better organize the parking lot layout. The Traffic Engineering Division <br />has signed -off on the traffic circulation system. <br />9. Stormwater Management: The stormwater management plan has been reviewed and <br />approved by the Public Works Department. The applicant will need to obtain a Type "B" <br />storrawater management permit prior to site plan release. <br />10. Landscape Plan: The landscape plan is in conformance with Chapter 926 of the county's <br />land development regulations and includes the use of existing vegetation along the site's west <br />boundary to meet the requirement of a Type "C" buffer to visually screen the use from I-95. <br />11. Utilities: The project will continue to be served by an on-site well and septic system, as <br />allowed by the LDRs. These utility provisions have been approved by the Utility Services <br />Department and Environmental Health Department. <br />12. Dedications and Improvements: None are required, and none are proposed. <br />13. Concurrency: The developer has executed a concurrency acknowledgment agreement which <br />satisfies the project's concurrency requirement in relation to site plan approval. <br />October 5, 1999 <br />
