M0K <br />Based upon the analysis performed, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners <br />approve the special exception use, with the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to site plan release: <br />a. The applicant shall satisfy the native upland habitat setaside requirement of <br />LDR section 929.05, and <br />b. The applicant shall provide the Fire Department with a list of all chemicals <br />on-site, including pertinent information about the chemicals in accordance <br />with SARA Title III regulations. Beginning one year from submittal of the <br />initial list, the applicant shall, on an annual basis, provide an updated list to <br />the Fire Department. Within two weeks of receipt on-site of a chemical not <br />shown on the latest list submitted to the Fire Department, the applicant shall <br />notify the Fire Department of the presence of said new chemical. <br />1. Letter From Applicant <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter.
