The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. There being none, he closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Commissioner Stanbridge absent) granted special exception <br />approval for the requested place of worship use, subject to the <br />following conditions: Prior to issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy for the place of worship use, the applicant shall: a) <br />modify, relocate, or remove the existing CBS building in a <br />manner that meets the 30' setback requirement, and b) install the <br />required Type "C" buffers as depicted on the approved site plan. <br />9.A.2.
