BOCK III ink * <br />Mike Herold with Felix Equities stated that they do have a letter from DEP, and <br />Commissioner Stanbridge responded that we do not have an engineer's certification or a <br />certificate of occupancy. <br />Community Development Director Bob Keating explained that the site was formerly <br />2 asphalt sites and has been used for this purpose for many years. Felix Equities has <br />complied with all site plan requirements and there have been more requirements attached to <br />them than to any of the former owners. <br />Commissioner Adams suggested that Mr. Herold get together with Commissioner <br />Stanbridge to address her concerns and noted that the County needs to err on the side of <br />safety. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion passed unanimously, by a 40 vote <br />(Commissioner Grin absent). <br />11.E.
