Pierce and the other is in Orange County. <br />Ms. Renzi suggested that the Commissioners visit those projects. <br />The Chairman then asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter and, <br />hearing no response, closed the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Ginn then emphasized the impact of such a development on the <br />substantial increase in school population, increased usage of water, police, parks, public <br />buildings and libraries. <br />Director Baird inquired whether the Board wanted future bond applications to be <br />presented after the project has gone all the way through the planning process, and Chairman <br />Macht responded affirmatively. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and <br />the Motion passed by a 4-1 vote (Commissioner <br />Ginn opposed).
