The owner has executed a <br />contract at a negotiated purchase price of $1.00 per square foot for the RM -6 and A-1 <br />zoned land. This price per square foot is the same as a prior contract approved by the <br />Board on October 5, 1999 for adjacent right-of-way, and is comparable to other similar <br />parcels the County has purchased based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The Contract Price is $28,173.00 based upon a total area of 28,173 square feet.
