BOOK .1t .lL Paul. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-128 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />The above recitals are ratified in their entiretv. <br />2. The following proposed amendment is approved for transmittal to the State of <br />Florida Department of Community Affairs: <br />Request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan from L-1, <br />Low -Density Residential -i (up to 3 units/acre), to C/I, CommerciaUIndustrial, for <br />±8.21 acres located approximately a quarter mile south of 37' Street and ±492 feet <br />north of 33rd Street; and to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive <br />Plan from C/I, Commercial/Industrial, to L-1, Low -Density Residential -1 (up to 3 <br />units/acre), for ±8.21 acres located ±470 feet south of 37" Street. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams and seconded by <br />Commissioner T i Rn ; n and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R.
