Davis seeking, in numbered paragraph 2, quantification of boat traffic and warning thatthe height of the bridge "may need to be raised based upon the quantity and type of boat traffic," all in connection with the County's pending application for permit to construct the bridge. 12. Response dated April 10, 1997, to the preceding item, indicating boat count was taken on April 8, 1997. This represented a count taken on one day of the year, a Tuesday, to quantify boat traffic through the navigable channel. 13. Letter dated August 11, 1997, from St. Johns River Water Management District giving consent to use state owned sovereignty submerged lands, based on the information supplied by Indian River County. Attached are the conditions to the District's consent to use of the bottom lands, reciting that the County acknowledges that the land is owned by the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund and, as the last item, DECEMBER 14, 1999 -62-
