Cudney <br />DATE: December 8, 1999 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />An additional 70 feet (70') of right-of-way is needed along the north side of 12' Street, east of <br />82' Avenue. The owners have executed a contract at a negotiated price of $0.40 per square foot <br />for this A-1 zoned land. This price per square foot is comparable to other similar A-1 zoned <br />parcels the County has purchased based upon appraisals or evaluations. <br />The Contract Price is $5,268.40 based upon a total of 13,171 square feet.
