In addition, a <br />Type "B" buffer was proposed to be provided adjacent to the area where the <br />multi -family units were proposed and a Type "D" buffer along the remainder <br />where single-family units were proposed. <br />NEW APPLICATION <br />The applicant is proposing a Type "D" buffer along the project's entire 51' <br />Stmt SW frontage. The staff believes that the Type "D" buffer is adequate. <br />South Side of P Street SW <br />OLD APPLICATION <br />A 25' setback is required and a Type "D" buffer was proposed where units <br />were adjacent to 5'" Street SW. <br />NEW APPLICATION <br />The applicant has proposed a Type "D" buffer. <br />East Side of Village C (Single -Family) <br />OLD APPLICATION <br />An agricultural buffer was required and depicted along the east property line <br />of Village "C" since an active grove is adjacent to the project. The buffer <br />was to consist of a 25' wide Type "B" buffer. The buffer was to be <br />constructed along with the land development improvements for Village C. <br />NEW APPLICATION <br />The applicant has proposed the same type of buffer as previously proposed. <br />North project perimeter adjacent to South Relief Canal <br />OLD APPLICATION <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended a Type "C" buffer with <br />a 6' opaque feature adjacent to the multi -family area and a Type "D" buffer <br />for the remainder. Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission requested <br />this be a condition of approval. <br />NEW APPLICATION <br />January 11, 2000 <br />The applicant has proposed the same type of buffer as previously proposed, <br />which is consistent with the buffers recommended above. <br />40 <br />
