Peabody, owner of a lot at 5805 Clubhouse Drive, for release <br />of a 2.5 foot portion of a rear lot fifty (50) foot drainage, utility and golf course maintenance easement. <br />The purpose of the easement release request is for construction of a swimming pool and associated <br />structures that would otherwise encroach into said easement (see attached map. ). <br />JANUARY 18, 2000 <br />-19- <br />• <br />
