BOOK 3 3 <br />The requests have been reviewed by Bell South Communications: Florida Power & Light Corporation: <br />T.C.I. Cable Corporation; the Indian River County Utilities Department; the County Road & Bridge and <br />Engineering Divisions. County surveyor: and the Bent Pine Design Review Board. None of the utility <br />providers or reviewing agencies expressed an objection to the requested partial release of easement. <br />Therefore, it is staffs position that the requested easement release would have no adverse impact to <br />utilities being supplied to the subject properties or to other properties. <br />Staff recommends that the Board, through adoption of the attached resolution, release a 2.5 foot wide <br />portion of the rear lot fifty (50) foot drainage, utility and golf course easement, as more particularly <br />described in said resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board, <br />by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman Ginn absent), <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2000-003 <br />abandoning a 2.5 foot portion of the rear lot 50 -foot <br />drainage, utility and golf course maintenance <br />easement of Lot 1, Block 21 Bent Pine Subdivision, <br />Unit 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in <br />Plat Book 10, pages 41 and 41A of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County (Jane Peabody - <br />5805 Clubhouse Drive). <br />JANUARY 18, 2000 <br />-20- <br />• 0 <br />
