• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2 0 0 0- 0 0 3 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING <br />A 2.5 FOOT PORTION OF THE REAR LOT FIFTY (50) FOOT DRAINAGE, <br />UTILITY AND GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE EASEMENT OF LOT 1, <br />BLOCK 2, BENT PINE SUBDMSION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT <br />THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 41 & 41A OF THE PUBLIC <br />RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has a fifty (50) foot drainage, utility, and golf course <br />maintenance easement on Lot 1, Block 2 of Bent Pine Subdivision Unit 2; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of a portion of an easement is executed by Indian River County, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960, Grantor, to Jane H. Peabody, successors in interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is <br />5805 Clubhouse Drive, Vero Beach, Florida, 32967, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the <br />following described portion of easement: <br />a 2.5 foot portion of the rear lot fifty (50) foot drainage, utility and golf course <br />maintenance easement of Lot 1, Block 2, Bent Pine Subdivision, Unit No. 2, more <br />particularly described as being the easterly 2.5 feet of the westerly fifty (50) feet <br />according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 41 & 41A of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner S t a n h r i d 9 P <br />seconded by Commissioner T i epi n , and adopted on the 1 A t h day of <br />January 2000, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Fran B.
