BOCK Is hereby amended to read as follows: 1. Time. Except for the last Tuesday of each month, the county commission shall generally hold regular meetings on Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. When the day fixed for any regular meeting of the commission is a holiday recognized by the county the meeting shall be held at the same time on the next Tuesday not a holiday unless the meetings is cancelled or otherwise rescheduled by the commission. 2. Section 102.04(4) which reads as follows: 4. Additions to the agenda/emergency items Is hereby amended to read as follows: 4. Additions or deletions to the agenda/emergency items. SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY. If any section, or any sentence, paragraph, phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, and it shall be construed to have been the legislative intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative part. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. The Ordinance shall take effect -a' , /0 / °2-19 O U A certified copy of this ordinance, as enacted, shall be filed by the Clerk with the Office of the Secretary of State of the state of Florida within ten days after enactment, and this ordinance shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.
