(Approved the replacement of the 6 -inch <br />force main located along the IRFWCD Lateral "T' Canal at an <br />estimated cost (upper limit) of $70,000; authorized the issuance <br />of a Change Order to Treasure Coast Contracting, Inc. and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute same; authorized the <br />Chairman to execute a Work Order Directive instructing <br />Treasure Coast Contracting, Inc. to proceed with the work and <br />then prepare the necessary paperwork as a follow-up to the <br />written instructions, as set out and recommended in the <br />Memorandum.) <br />WORK ORDER DIRECTIVE IS ON FILE <br />IN TAE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO TIIE BOARD <br />12. COUNTY ATTORNEY - RESIGNATION OF CHARLES P. <br />VITUNAC <br />County Attorney Vitunac stated that he had enjoyed most of his 15 years as Indian <br />River County's County Attorney, but in the last two weeks there has been an issue of <br />whether he had the support of at least a majority of the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Without that support, he could not continue working here and he thought the Board would <br />agree.
