LACHNIT T <br />BACKGROUND <br />Carl A. Lachnitt has requested that a temporary service be installed from the water line on I 1 t Lane <br />S.W. Avenue to service their property at 250 12th Street S.W.., Vero Beach, Florida, prior to the <br />installation of a water main on 12" Street S.W. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide <br />temporary water service to Carl A. Lachnitt, until such time that a water line may be constructed on <br />12th Street S.W. by assessment. Carl A. Lachnitt agrees to pay all fees required to make this <br />connection. They further agree to participate in the assessment, and to reconnect to this water line <br />as required by the Indian River County Department of Utility Services. <br />February 15, 2000 <br />13 <br />
