As part of the October 19, 1999, <br />agenda items, the Board approved $9,992.06 for the purchase of conference calling equipment to be used <br />during emergency events. <br />Staff consulted writh the Telecommunications Manager for guidance on obtaining the best equipment for our <br />telephone system. After discussion with munerous companies. it is clear that our current PBX vendor (NEC) <br />can provide all equipment and installation at the lowest price.
