RECOMMENDATION: <br />Because of the complcdty with bidding a technologically sensitive piece of equipment such as the CONFER <br />II conference calling system, staff supports the guidance provided by the Telecommunications Manager. Staff <br />recommends approval of the sole source purchase and installation of the CONFER 1112 port conference call <br />system from NEC at the quoted price of $7,691.00. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
