Maps depicting property & easement proposed for release <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 2000-016 abandoning an easterly three foot <br />easement on Lot 3, Block 1, Sebastian Grove Estates <br />Subdivision. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-016 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING <br />AN EASTERLY THREE FOOT EASEMENT ON LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SEBASTIAN <br />GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has a drainage and utility easement on Lot 3, Block 1, of <br />Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />JOHN A. & ELLEN LLOYD <br />9432 U S HIGHWAY 1 <br />SEBASTIAN, FL 32958 <br />successors in interest, heirs and assigns, Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that is may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the easterly three foot -wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 3, Block 1, Sebastian Grove <br />Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5 Page 85 of the <br />Public Records oj Indian River County, Florida. <br />March 7, 2000 <br />33 <br />• <br />60UK c" F�- .:' <br />
