Foster's Request for Final PD Plan/ Plat Approval for Pelican Pointe <br />Phase H Planned Development (PD) <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of April 4, 2000. <br />DEVELOPMENT AND LOCATION: <br />Pelican Pointe Phase II PD is the subdivision of a 3.61 acre multi -family zoned parcel into 15 single <br />family lots and 2 tracts, consistent with a conceptual PD plan approved for the project by the Board <br />of County Commissioners. The two tracts will be used for open space and stormwater management. <br />Generally, the subject site is located on the west side of the Indian River just south of Sebastian. <br />More specifically, the site is located on the east side of the existing Pelican Pointe development, just <br />south of the Marina. <br />At its regular meeting of August 27, 1998, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary <br />PD plan/plat approval for the project. The conceptual plan was subsequently modified by approval <br />of the Board of County Commissioners at its meeting of February 15, 2000 to reduce the project's <br />APRIL 49 2000 <br />-30- <br />
