Depicted in <br />Figure 1 below, the subject property is located on the south side of 5'h Street, SW (Rebel Road), just <br />east of 27`L Avenue (Emerson Avenue). <br />The purpose of this request is to secure the zoning necessary to allow Sun -Up of Indian River, Inc. <br />to develop the northern 24 acres of the subject property with a level II or level III group home.
