A significant portion of those parcels is already zoned RM -6. <br />For the southern 16 acres of the subject property, then, the purpose of the request is to eliminate the <br />split zoning of the southern three parcels by changing the existing RS -6 zoning of the northern <br />portion of those tracts to RM -6. <br />On March 9, 2000, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5 to 0 to recommend that the Board <br />of County Commissioners approve this request to rezone the subject property to RM -6. <br />April 11, 2000 <br />31 <br />E <br />BOOK 113 PAGE 40 <br />
