McCoy, AICP <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: April 11, 2000 <br />SUBJECT: Customer Service, Inc.'s Request for Final Plat Approval For Laurel Pointe <br />Subdivision <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of April 18, 2000. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The Laurel Pointe subdivision is a 28 lot subdivision of a 10.40 acre parcel that is located on the <br />south side of 8' Street, approximately 1,000 feet west of 20h Avenue. The property is zoned RS -6, <br />residential single-family (up to 6 unitstacre) and has an L-2 land use designation, low density 2 (up <br />to 6 units/acre). The density of the subdivision is 2.69 units/acre. <br />On March 25, 1999, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted preliminary plat approval for the <br />Laurel Pointe subdivision.
