McCoy, AICP6 <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: April 11, 2000 <br />SUBJECT: Final Plat Approval for Walking Fox Farms Planned Development <br />[PD -99-08-11] <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of April 18, 2000. <br />DEVELOPMENT AND LOCATION: <br />Walking Fox Farms (PD) is a 3 lot subdivision of a 15.2 acre parcel of property located on the south <br />side of V Street SW, approximately 2,400' west of 58' Avenue. The property is zoned A-1, <br />Agricultural (up to 1 unit per 5 acres) and has an AG -1, Agricultural 1 (up to 1 unit per 5 acre) land <br />use designation. <br />At its regular meeting of June 24, 1999, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a <br />preliminary PD plan/plat for the 3 lots, subject to Board of County Commissioners approval of the <br />PD special exception use request.
