A certificate of completion for all required improvements. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />All required improvements have been completed and the developer has obtained a certificate of <br />completion from Public Works certifying that all required infrastructure improvements are complete <br />and acceptable. All subdivision improvements are privately dedicated with the exception of the <br />utility system, which is warrantied separately through the Department of Utility Services. Therefore, <br />no subdivision warranty and maintenance agreement is required. All requirements of final plat <br />approval are satisfied. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval for the Windsor <br />Town Center replat. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Grin, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously granted final plat approval for the <br />Windsor Town Center replat, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />APRIL 18, 2000 <br />-20- <br />
