BOOK A3 PAGE i4LI <br />RESOLUTION N0.2000 - 045 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING A JOINT <br />PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR HURRICANE HUM DAMAGE <br />REIMBURSEMENT FOR FEDERALLY CLASSIFIED COUNTY ROADS <br />WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation and Indian River County are <br />desirous of reimbursing the County for traffic control device expenditures as a result of <br />damages caused by Hurricane Irene, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Joint Participation <br />Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and Indian River <br />County identified as FM No. 407455-3-74-01 is hereby approved and the Chairman is <br />authorized to execute same. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Gi nn <br />and seconded by Commissioner Macht and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
