When the web site has the backup it will provide more access. <br />Commissioner Macht thought some items could be scanned into the web site, but <br />doing the whole agenda that way would be pretty tough. <br />Administrator Chandler explained the objective is to get it all on the web site, but we <br />have not attained that goal yet. <br />Vice Chairman Ginn suggested the bottom of the published agenda should state that <br />full backup is available in the public libraries. It will alert everyone; those interested can <br />visit the library which is now open Sundays. <br />Chairman Adams agreed that was a good idea. <br />Administrator Chandler advised that the goal is to get the agenda and backup to the <br />library on the Thursday before the meeting, but to be on the safe side, it would be better to <br />say Friday morning since every now and then there is a problem. <br />Chairman Adams complemented staff on keeping things rolling and meeting the tight <br />time schedule. <br />B.C. O'Brien to attend tonight's City of Vero Beach Council meeting concerning the <br />old Health Department building to answer technical questions. (Clerk's Note: The Board had <br />recently given permission to the Coalition for the Homeless to lease the building for use as <br />a homeless center.
