Fr- -I <br />BOOK IiJ PAGE c11c;)'B <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and <br />the Motion failed by a 2-3 vote (Commissioners <br />Adams, Ginn and Stanbridge opposed). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Ordinance 2000-015 amending <br />Land Development Regulations (LDRs): Chapter <br />913, Subdivision; Chapter 914, Site Plans; and <br />Chapter 915, Planned Developments. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000, 015 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING LAND <br />DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDRS): CHAPTER 913, SUBDMSION; <br />CHAPTER 914, SITE PLANS; AND CHAPTER 915, PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING <br />PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS (LDRS) BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Subdivision Pre -Application Conference Submittal: <br />The first paragraph of LDR SUBDIVISION Chapter Section 913.07(3X8) is hereby amended <br />as follows: <br />(B) Information required for the formal pre -application conference. The applicant will <br />submit at least ten (10) sets of the preliminary sketch plans of the <br />proposed subdivision to the community development department at least seven (7) <br />working days before the scheduled date of the preapplication conference.
