Site Plan Pre -application Conference Submittal: <br />LDR SITE PLAN Chapter Section 914.06(2)(d)2. is hereby amended as follows: <br />(d) Submittal requirements. The following shall be provided by the applicant, in the <br />appropriate written or graphic form: <br />A complete application; <br />2. Site Plan Initial (Pre -TRC) Submittal: <br />LDR SITE PLAN Chapter Section 914.14(3)(b) is hereby amended as follows: <br />(3) General submittal requirements. <br />(a) Three (3) surveys meeting the minimum technical standards and containing <br />the information required in section 914.14(9), are required for major site <br />plans, and may be required by the community development director for minor <br />site plans and administrative approvals. <br />(b) Seven{ -?}site pin= Ten (10) plan sets containing all the information required <br />in this section (914.14). If a formal pre -application conference was held for <br />the project, the applicant shall submit a written response to each item in the <br />r•nnfPx+nrrE mgerenancv letter or a written <br />description of all revisions made to the project plans since the pre-appucauon <br />7. Site Plan Resubmittal (post -TRC): <br />LDR SITE PLAN Chapter Section 914.06(5)(e) is hereby amended as follows: <br />(e) Resubmission and scheduling major site plans for planning and zoning commission <br />consideration. The applicant's response to the TRC comments shall consist of seven <br />(3L) five 5 revised plan sets and an itemized letter detailing how all of the <br />discrepancies have been adequately addressed. Once all deficiencies have been <br />adequately addressed, all technical and informational requirements met, and the <br />commenting members of the TRC have recommended approval or approval with <br />conditions on the application, the application shall be scheduled for consideration <br />before the planning and zoning commission. <br />8.
