Sean McGuire, P.E. <br />Project Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Agricultural Arena/Exhibit Building, Project No. 9707 <br />Change Order No. I and Pay Request No. 7 <br />DATE: May 4, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Construction services and submission of close-out documentation for the Fairgrounds Agricultural <br />Arena/Exhibit Building have been completed Barth Construction, Inc. is requesting Final Payment <br />and Release of Retainage in the amount of $141,476.00. <br />Final construction cost is $551.00 below the contracted guaranteed maximum price.
