ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the Emergency <br />Management Preparedness and Assistance Trust Fund Competitive <br />Grant Agreement in the amount of $99,500 and assigned Emergency <br />Services Director Douglas Wright as the contract manager for the <br />grant agreement; and approved the consultant contract with <br />Continental Shelf Associates, Inc., to assist the Local Mitigation <br />Strategy Working Group in the development of the Indian River <br />County Wildfire Mitigation Plan, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />STATE FUNDED GRANT AGREEMENT <br />AND AGRM6ENT WITH CONTINENTAL SHELF ASSOCIATES, INC.
