O'Brien, Acting County Attorney�� <br />DATE: May 15, 2000 <br />RE: SELECTION OF APPLICANTS FOR <br />INTERVIEW FOR COUNTY ATTORNEY <br />All the Commissioners selected Paul Bangel and Robert ]agger. Four of the <br />Commissioners selected William Bosch. One applicant was selected by two <br />Commissioners. Two applicants were selected by one Commissioner. The <br />remaining applicants were not selected for an Interview. <br />Recommendation: In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that Paul Bangel, <br />Robert ]agger, and William Bosch be given personal interviews by the <br />Commissioners. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Ginn, the Board unanimously agreed to interview the top <br />three applicants (Paul Bangel, Robert Jagger, and William Bosch), as <br />recommended in the memorandum. <br />A brief discussion followed about how and when the interviews would be conducted. <br />THERE WAS CONSENSUS to have Executive Aide Kimberly Massung schedule <br />appointments for the Commissioners to interview the three applicants the following week. <br />May 16, 2000 <br />48 <br />0 <br />
