CHAST <br />AND STAFFED MANAGER OF ESS PROJECTS <br />BY: DEPARTMENT SERVICES <br />TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND MILTON A. STOCKER <br />AND VIRGINIA M. STOCKER <br />BACKGROUND <br />Milton A. Stocker and Virginia M. Stocker have requested that a temporary water service be installed from <br />the water line on Durant Street., to service their home at Flotaland Avenue.. Sebastian, Florida. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide temporary <br />water service to Milton A. Stacker and Virginia M. Stocker, until such time that water lines may be <br />constructed in Roseland Gardens Subdivision by assessment They agree to pay all fees required to snake this <br />connection. They further agree to participation in the assessment and to reconnect to this water line as <br />required by the Indian River County Department of Utility Services. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />attached Agreement with Milton A. Stocker and Virginia M. Stocker on the Consent Agenda <br />JUNE 139 2000 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Temporary Water Service <br />Agreement with Milton A.
