Florida desire to utilize the Indian <br />River County Residuals Management Facility to dispose of residuals from the Facility's Wastewater <br />Treatment Facility (Package Phurt). <br />ANALYSIS <br />The COUNTY operates and maintaiac a publicly owned Residuals Management Facility (Dewatering F=htv), <br />Permit #FLA -010434-001, which is capable of treating its own residual and accepting domestic wastewater residual <br />6 outside sources. The facility has been given approval and is operating under Florida Departarent of <br />Eavimnmeatal Protection (FDEP) permit in compliance with Florida Administrative Code (FAC), Chapter 62-040, <br />to properly treat and dispose of the residuals into a Class 1 Lined Landfill. <br />June 20, 2000 <br />101 <br />BOOK Lj r'AGE �� <br />
