r-- <br />BOOK �..�� F'AGE <br />Chairman Adams announced the additions of 7.N., a Resolution urging the Governor <br />to stop the closing of G. Pierce Wood Memorial Hospital in DeSoto County; and 7.0., <br />Appointment of Donna Maurer by Chairman Adams to the Children's Services Advisory <br />Committee (to replace Inez Fielding). <br />Vice Chairman Ginn pointed out that there were replacement memoranda for items <br />7.G. and 7.M. <br />Vice Chairman Ginn then requested the addition of the County Administrator's <br />memorandum for a proposed rescheduling of the Budget Workshop Meetings (designated <br />as 10.A.). <br />Chairman Adams pointed out a second paragraph in that memorandum that they also <br />needed to schedule a bargaining strategy meeting (IAFF and Teamsters) for sometime during <br />the week of June 26, 2000 (designated as 10.B.). <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously added the above <br />items to the agenda and accepted the replacement memoranda. <br />5.A.
