booK h r'AGE 70B <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2000- 018 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this <br />rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning of the property situated in Indian River County, and legally <br />described in EXHIBIT A (attached) be changed from RS -1, RS -3, RM -3, AND CG to PD, <br />residential with accessory commercial, and that the PD conceptual plan (see EXHIBIT B, attached) <br />will control and regulate development on the subject land. <br />All with the meaning and intent as set forth in the land development regulations, and the <br />approved conceptual plan as may be amended pursuant to the provisions of the Planned <br />Development (PD) Process and Standards for Development chapter of the land development <br />regulations. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on the 8th day of <br />June 2000, for a public hearing to be held on the 20thi day of limp , <br />2000, at which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht <br />seconded by Commissioner _ Stanbridge , and adopted by the following vote; <br />The ordinance was adopted by a vote of : <br />Chairman Fran B.
