to have the Deed and the law operate to reclaim the property, the County would need to <br />record the resolution in the public records. Since we don't know the costs at this time, he <br />requested permission to delay recording the resolution until we know (the dollar amount), <br />because the Deed did say we had to pay the money within 10 days of recording. <br />Commissioner Macht suggested that the resolution be brought back when the costs <br />are brought to the Board, and Deputy County Attorney Collins agreed. <br />County Attorney Bangel pointed out that the Board's action would also include the <br />County taking back the property. <br />Ms. Magee confirmed the CHS was interested in having the County take back the <br />property; it seemed the County had a good use for the property.
