Tabar, P. <br />Coastal Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Change Order No. 1 and Final Payment for <br />Contract #2040 - McCully Marine Services, Inc. <br />Artificial Reef Project <br />DATE: July 20, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On April 18, 2000 during the Board of County Commission regular <br />meeting, the Board awarded bid #2040 for $48,000 to McCully Marine <br />Services, Inc. for services to deploy four (4) artificial reefs. <br />The work has been completed in accordance with the contract and <br />accepted by the County Project Manager. <br />During the project, additional costs were acquired by the <br />contractor for loading material.
