ESCRIPTION_AND CONDITION <br />Indian River County desires to designate three segments of county right-of-way within the Vero <br />Lake Estates subdivision, Units C, F I and J as "limited use rights-of-way:, said rights-of-way <br />segments being (see Exhibit "A'�: <br />1. 80'b Street from 98" Avenue to 94" Avenue, and <br />2. 84" Street from 101" Court to 100' Court, and <br />3. 86' Street from 102od Avenue to 95' Avenue <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends approval of said limited use rights-of-way and request the Board direct the <br />Chairman to execute this resolution. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1. Map, Sketch & Legal Description <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously (4-0, Vice <br />Chairman Grin absent) adopted Resolution No. 2000-079 <br />providing for certain County road rights-of-way in the Vero <br />Lake Estates Subdivision to be designated as limited use rights- <br />of-way. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 079 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD <br />RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN THE VERO LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION TO BE <br />DESIGNATED AS LIMITED USE RIGHTS-OF-WAY; SAID RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br />LYING IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS, on February 15, 2000 the Board of County Commissioners adopted ordinance <br />No. 2000-004 which established in the county land development regulations a definition for and <br />reference to "limited use rights-of-way"; and <br />WHEREAS, "limited use rights-of-way" are defined as rights-of-way used for non -general <br />vehicular traffic purposes such as for pedestrian, drainage, and utility uses; and <br />August 1, 2000 <br />71 <br />BfK 114 PG 41 1 <br />
