McCoy, AICP /��„�►� <br />Senior Planner, Current Development <br />DATE: August 1, 2000 <br />SUBJECT: KNK Ventures, Inc.'s Request for Final PD Plat/Plan Approval for a <br />Commercial Planned Development to be Known as KNK Ventures Subdivision <br />It is requested that the information provided herein be given formal consideration by the Board of <br />County Commissioners at its meeting of August 8, 2000. <br />DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS: <br />The KNK Ventures subdivision is a plat of a 4.64 acre parcel located on the north side of SR 60 just <br />east of the Citrus Ridge Post Office. The plat will establish a commercial development tract, a <br />stormwater management tract, and an access easement. Construction of the commercial buildings <br />(fuel sales, car wash, office building, and a mini storage facility) was approved through the <br />preliminary PD process.
