The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter. <br />Mark Little, Zoning Specialist with SBA Communications, Inc., noted that the <br />applicant is willing to enter into all the conditions imposed by staff. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter. There <br />being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board, <br />by a 4-0 vote (Vice Chairman Ginn absent) <br />unanimously granted the special exception use _ <br />approval for the requested multi -tenant tower with <br />the conditions that prior to site plan release, the <br />applicant shall enter into agreements with the <br />County to (a) acknowledge and commit to providing <br />tower space at market rate cost for other parties and <br />interests; <br />and <br />(b) acknowledge <br />and commit to <br />removing <br />and <br />disposing of the <br />tower if it is <br />abandoned for more than 12 consecutive months and <br />to paying for all removal and disposal costs; as <br />recommended by staff. <br />AUGUST 8, 2000 <br />n2 <br />BK 1 14 PG 503 <br />
