Clayton's Request to Rezone f7.3 Acres from CL and A-1 to CG <br />(RZON 2000-05-0013) <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of August 22, 2000. <br />This is a request to rezone a ±7.3 acre parcel located on the east side of 82nd Avenue, ±250 feet south <br />of SR 60. As depicted in Figure 1, the north ±250 feet of the subject property are zoned CL, Limited <br />Commercial District, while the remainder of the site is zoned A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1 <br />unit/5 acres). The request is to rezone the entire parcel to CG, General Commercial District. The <br />purpose of this request is to secure the necessary zoning to develop the site with retail and service <br />uses. <br />On July 13, 2000, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7 to 0 to recommend that the Board <br />Of County Commissioners approve this request to rezone the subject property from CL and A-1 to <br />CG. <br />AUGUST 22, 2000 <br />-31- <br />8K 114 PG 657 <br />
