0 <br />After a request from County Attorney Bangel for copies of documents being used to <br />illustrate plantings and buffers, discussion ensued regarding documentation submitted to staff <br />that was not in the backup materials presented to the Board. <br />Director Boling assured the Board that they would receive copies of everything <br />presented to staff and Commissioner Ginn requested a continuance of the public hearing <br />until the Board has had a chance to examine all the documentation. <br />MOTION WAS made by Commissioner Ginn, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Macht, that the <br />Board continue the public hearing until September <br />12, 2000. <br />Commissioner Tippin did not feel a necessity to continue the hearing and felt the <br />backup had contained sufficient information. <br />THE CHAHWAN CALLED THE QUESTION and <br />the Motion passed by a 4-1 vote (Commissioner <br />Tippin opposed). <br />AUGUST 22, 2000 BK 114 PG 679 <br />-53- <br />
