• • <br />Confirming (Third Reso.) 10/30/97(ENG)RES3.MAG\ktp <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-097 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND <br />DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO A PORTION OF le <br />AVENUE SW BETWEEN 10TH STREET SW & 9TH STREET SW <br />ANDIOTH STREET SW BETWEEN 20TH AVENUE SW & 18TH <br />AVENUE SW <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted <br />Resolution No 2000-073 , providing for certain paving and drainage improvements to a <br />portion of 19th Avenue SW between 10th Street SW & 9th Street SW and 10th Street SW <br />between 20th Avenue SW and 18th Avenue SW in Indian River County, Florida, and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which the special assessments <br />are to be made and how the special assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by Section 206.06, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />Resolution No. 200()=QZ4, on July 11, 2000, which set a time and place for a public hearing <br />at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have <br />the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br />assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River County <br />Code; and <br />September 5, 2000 <br />67 <br />BK 114PG801 <br />
