Davis, P.E. <br />Public Works Director_ - - - <br />SUBJECT: Fairgrounds Agricultural Arena - Amendment to FDACS Agreements <br />#4031 and #4617 <br />DATE: September 22, 2000 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Since the two Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer <br />Services grants that were acquired to construct the Fairgrounds <br />Agricultural Exhibit building totaled more than $300,000, the State <br />requires a "state single or project -specific audit" be conducted. <br />The attached two amendments to both contracts is presented to the <br />Board for approval to include the audit language. <br />October 3, 2000 <br />97 <br />�� M <br />
